Wright & McGill Essentials Fly Girl 9' Fly Rod - 5 Weight comes in 4 perfectly balanced sections and includes a beautiful and durable travel case. It has Birdseye maple reel seats finished with a nickel/silver up-lock system. Its "Flower Grade" Portuguese cork is selected for the handle of the Fly Girl rods but we have redesigned the size and shape of the handle to better fit a woman's hand; giving her more control of the rod in order to reduce fatigue. It has "Power Cone" technology that adds strength and power to the butt section of the rod allowing higher line speeds, greater casting performance and improved fish fighting ability.
